The 19th Laguna Phuket Triathlon took place with an impressive mixture of professionals and amateurs alike.

Alarms were going off in Phuket from 2am onwards for organisers and sponsors, 3 am for participants who all descended onto Laguna for registration and preparation at 5am.

Providing equipment for the safety divers, Sea Bees made sure they were there to prepared and check diving equipment for the Royal Thai Navy but then afterwards, got the opportunity to see some impressive athletic feats.

Let the photos speak for themselves…

As far as I’m concerned, they were all winners!

See you all next week for the even more gruelling Ironman 70.3….

And if you are wondering why this update is only appearing the day after the event, let’s just say the Awards Party was great fun last night! ;-)
